Using Lua on Hostvento Hosting servers

Lua is a flexible programming language frequently used for scripting.

By default, Lua version 5.1 is installed on reseller and shared hosting accounts. If you have a managed VPS or managed Dedicated Server, please open a ticket on the Customer Portal at https://hostvento.com and we can install it for you.

If you have an unmanaged VPS or unmanaged Dedicated Server account, you can install Lua by using the package manager for your Linux distribution.
