How To Create A Subdomain Through cPanel?

The portion of your main domain that is a subdomain. Subdomains can be used to provide distinct, specialized content for your website. You may set up a subdomain for your blog or forum, such as blog.yourwebsitename.com, if you have one.

Subdomains are widely used by users to create websites, blogs, forums, and mobile versions of their content.

The following methods may be used to create subdomains in cPanel with ease:

1. Login to your cPanel account with the username and password.

2. The cPanel dashboard will appear, go to the Domains section.

3. Then, click on “Create a New Domain.”

4. Now, enter the sub-domain you want to create, for example: abc.test.com. And untick the share document root option.

5. Click on the “Submit” button.

Note: Make sure you ignore the Subdomain option, above the submit button.
