How to Enable Rescue Mode from the Launchpad Dashboard?

Through rescue mode, users can boot a miniature Linux system from a different disk. It allows you to restore any backup files or primary Linux VPS files that are stored on it.

To Enable Rescue Mode from the Launchpad Dashboard

1. Log in to your Launchpad account.

2. Click on the arrow icon of the server as shown below.

3. Click on the Rescue tab and enter a new root password in the Root Password and Confirm Password fields.

4. Click on the Enable Rescue Mode button.

A success message flashes and within a few seconds, the Launchpad enables Rescue mode.
