How To Reset Permalinks In WordPress?

Your web pages will display a 404 page not found error if your WordPress website’s permalinks are broken. To reset the permalinks in WordPress, you may do the following steps:

Making a backup of your website is the first thing you should do while troubleshooting it, so you have a copy in case something goes wrong.

• Login to WordPress.
• Go to Settings >> Permalinks.
• Modify the permalinks structure to – ‘Plain’.
• Click on ‘Save Changes’.

The URL of your website pages should now display the permalinks that you selected.
