When the new user’s request gets approved, then the user receives an email that contains login credentials by which the approved user will be able to log in to his account. In case the user request gets denied, then that user gets notified that the registration request has been denied.

A user will not be removed from the database if their request is rejected. The user who has been refused access will not be able to re-register with the same username and email address or log in to any website.

The system will allow the user to register on the website once more if the administrator deletes them. Nevertheless, before the user may access the websites, the administrator must still approve the user.
