How to create dynamic forms in WordPress

Website forms are a great method to get feedback from users and communicate with them about the goods and services the website has to offer. You can easily construct dynamic forms for your WordPress website with the Ninja Forms plugin. This post describes how to construct and publish dynamic forms in WordPress using the Ninja Forms plugin.

Dynamic Forms in WordPress

To add a new dynamic form easily in your site, follow these steps:

1. Log in to WordPress as the administrator.
2. On theDashboard in the left sidebar, click Plugins, and then click Add New:
3. Search for “Ninja Forms” and click Install Now. Then click Activate the plugin:&
   
4. On the Dashboard, in the left sidebar click Ninja Forms, and then click Add New:
   
5. Ninja Forms has options for preconfigured forms. Select Blank Form to create a blank form:
   
6. Select the required fields from the list, and add it to the form:
   
7. Click on Publish, add the form title and then click on Publish again:
   
8. Click on the Public link on the form, and then click Copy to copy the form shortcode:
   
9. Paste the shortcode on a post or page:
   
10. Click Publish to view the page with the new form:
