About the multi-store feature

PrestaShop 1.5 and newer versions include the multi-store feature. With this feature, you can easily manage multiple shops using the same interface.

This can be useful if you have stores on multiple domains or subdomains. Instead of logging in to each shop separately to administer it, you can log in once and work with all of the shops simultaneously. Additionally, you can centralize and share many settings between shops (such as inventory) to simplify site administration.

Enabling the multi-store feature

To enable the multi-store feature in PrestaShop, follow these steps:

1. Log in to PrestaShop as the administrator.
2. On the menu bar, click PREFERENCES, and then click General.
3. In the Enable Multistore field, click YES.
4. Click Save.To view the multi-store settings, on the menu bar click ADVANCED PARAMETERS, and then click Multistore.
