How to enable SSL in CS-Cart

SSL is crucial for websites that use CS-Cart. Potential customers and visitors will be more trusting of your website if it runs on HTTPS, as they will feel more at ease making online purchases.

Within few clicks you can easily make your CS-Cart website work with SSL:
Login to CS-Cart Admin Area
Go to Administration => Settings
Under General settings, you will have to tick the boxes next to following three options:

Enable secure connection in checkout (SSL certificate is required to be installed on your server)
Enable secure connection in administrator area (SSL certificate is required to be installed on your server)
Enable secure connection for authentication, profile and orders pages (SSL certificate is required to be installed on your server)

This setting will enable SSL connection, you will able to browse your CS-Cart website with HTTPS.
