If you are on a shared hosting platform, you need contact your web hosting provider to enable this feature. On a VPS hosting OR Dedicated server, you can perform the steps below.

1. Login to your WHM as root.
2. In the left pane, there are many options available. Find for cPanel Addons.
3. Select the CMS you wish to enable & tick the box on the lower right that says “Force refresh of all cpAddon sources“
4. Click the Update Addon Config button.

You will be able to install the required CMS now. Feel free to contact our support team in case of any issues.
