Terms of Service

These terms apply to services bought from Hostvento Websolutions, Nashik, Maharashtra, India ("Hostvento", "we"). By ordering a service you accept them.

1. Services

We provide shared hosting, reseller hosting, virtual private servers, domain registration, email hosting and SSL certificates as described on the plan page at the time of order.

2. Account

You must give correct contact details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity in your account.

3. Payment and renewal

Services are prepaid for the chosen term. A plan renews at the same price as its first term. Unpaid services are suspended after the due date and may be deleted later.

4. Refunds

Hosting plans can be cancelled within 30 days of the first purchase for a refund. Domain registrations, SSL certificates and third-party licences cannot be refunded once issued. A free domain's standard fee is deducted from a hosting refund if you keep the domain.

5. Uptime

We guarantee 99.9% network uptime, measured monthly and excluding planned maintenance and events outside our control.

6. Acceptable use

• No illegal content or activity.
• No spam, phishing or malware.
• No attacks on other systems.
• No use that harms other customers on the same server.

We may suspend a service that breaks these rules.

7. Your data

You own your content. We take daily backups on hosting plans as a convenience; you should also keep your own copies.

8. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the affected service in the preceding three months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
