About .com domains
There are more .com names than any other extension, so short names are hard to find. Add a second word, your trade or your city to get a free name.
Many Indian companies register both the .com and the .in version of their name. One site is the main address and the other redirects to it.
A .com has no country meaning. That helps exporters, software companies and anyone with customers abroad.

Renewing and transferring
Renewal. A .com domain must be renewed before its expiry date. Turn on auto-renew in the client area. A lapsed name can be lost to another buyer.
