Log In to Your Hostvento Client Area

What is the client area?

The client area is your personal account page. It is the place to pay invoices, manage services and domains, and talk to support. Think of it as the front desk of your hosting.

What you need

• The email address you used to sign up.
• Your client area password.

Steps

1. Open your web browser.
2. Go to https://secure.hostvento.com/clientarea.php.
3. Type your email address in the first box.
4. Type your password in the second box.
5. Tick Remember me only if you use your own private computer.
6. Click Login.
7. If you turned on two-factor login, type the code from your phone app and confirm.

You now see the client area home page. Use the menus at the top: Services, Domains, Billing and Support.

If you forgot your password

1. On the login page, click Forgot Password?.
2. Type your account email address.
3. Click Reset Password.
4. Open your email and click the link inside. Check spam if it does not arrive.
5. Choose a new password.

If login still fails

• Check for typing mistakes. Passwords are case sensitive.
• Make sure Caps Lock is off.
• Try another browser or a private window.
• Clear your browser's saved data for the site.
• Make sure you use your client area password and not your hosting control panel password. They are different.

If you are still stuck, look for the contact options on the Hostvento website. You can also open a support ticket once you are able to sign in.

Stay safe

• Check the web address before typing your password.
• Do not share your login.
• Log out on shared computers.
