What is Softaculous?
Softaculous is an auto-installer. It installs apps like WordPress, Joomla or forums on your hosting with a few clicks, so you do not need to upload files by hand. cPanel is the control panel, which is a web page where you manage your hosting.
Softaculous is a third-party tool. Ask Hostvento support whether it is part of your plan.
